Provides functional guidance for tasks or individuals and for this purpose regularly participates in software and hardware selection and appraisal processes, and participates and/or leads others in technical proposal process. Exercises responsibility for researching, negotiating, and provisioning of new service contracts, and makes technical presentations to management, staff and/or clients for training and other business purposes.
