Genomics, Bioinformatics, and Metabolomics....

Welcome to yet another corner of Golden Eagle Enterprises - my World Online.

This project began as a contract that I received from Advanced Open Source Systems (AOSS) of Roseville, Ca.

They closed, and I decided the new purpose of this web is to enhance the engineering and support services I can provide to Genomics, Bioinformatics, and Metabolomics research fields in general. For now, please use our Useful Links, if you need information on these fields.

I will provide a number of resources here to help the community as I proceed, and in time I will condense some of what I have learned from integrating these software packages into a working unit, both stand-alone and clustered. I am currently beginning to integrate the Sun Grid technology into the environment as an effective means of distributing the work load from a centralized location on the appropriate OS environments, and I make extensive use of WebMin on all operating systems that it will run under
